Impossible to troubleshoot. Great for music that's on Amazon. I like to play nature sounds while working on college homework. You should be able to listen for multiple hours without interruption. Right away I notice that the app is missing the "Start Station" feature available on the mobile apps and the web player. That's an important feature you folks need to add.
Works flawlessly. Massive music library when you subscribe to Amazon Music Unlimited for a good price. I have plenty of space on my HDD for apps and music. Yet the app sill not play a single song without pausing for several seconds before continuing to play.
I am not going to use this app until it is improved. I would pay for a good app, but this is not worth the hassle. I cannot get into my flow without music that keeps cutitng out. Funnythe app on my Android phone doesn't cut out even with low signal.
Fix the app! It takes literally 5 minutes really 5 minutes for the first window of the app to appear on my computer. How is that even possible? One of the worst applications I've ever experienced as far as startup performance. While you finish about 3 games of solitaire it finally pops up out of nowhere.
Decent experience after that but I agree that the mobile is a better experience. Certainly Amazon can do better or is the level of their programmers this bad?
